Job summary

Stonewater is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders across the Operations directorate. You will own management reporting, budgets and quarterly forecasting, helping leaders understand performance and make informed decisions.

You will lead a team of three, collaborate with other Finance colleagues, and deputise for the Head of Business Partnering when required.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong experience in management accounting, month-end and year-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own management reporting for the Operations directorate, including budgets, quarterly forecasting, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Build relationships with budget holders and act as trusted finance partner across the organisation.
• Lead a team of three, including an Apprentice, and deputise for Head of Business Partnering as needed.
• Collaborate across Finance to improve processes and systems and coordinate with external auditors when required.
