Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial management for Community Health and Central Services. You will drive planning, reporting and cost-improvement initiatives while guiding a finance team in a hybrid working setup with in-office days in Bracknell.

You will partner with divisional directors, shape annual plans and provide analytical support for major projects and programmes within an award-winning, trusted NHS foundation.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of financial management in a large organisation.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting and supporting cost improvement workstreams.
• Experience leading a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management team providing support for Community Health and Central Services.
• Develop close relationships with divisional directors to ensure robust financial planning.
• Lead annual financial planning including workforce, informatics and commissioning assumptions.
• Lead monthly management accounts and reporting with variance analysis and balance sheet review.
• Provide support for bids, contract negotiations, service modelling and continuous improvement programmes.
• Lead data collation for costing systems and improve data and information outputs.
• Provide leadership including line management for Finance Business Partners and Senior/Assistant Management Accountants.
