Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Commercial Senior Finance Business Partner to drive commercial performance across the Retail, Leisure & CPS sector within the Cleaning Business Unit. You will lead a small team of Finance Business Partners, deliver insightful analysis, robust forecasting and strategic financial support to the Commercial Finance Director and Sector MD.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, translate financial data into actionable insights, lead cost efficiency and margin

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a senior finance business partnering role.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sector MD to influence strategic direction and drive financial performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the sector.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge to operational and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis; monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
