Salary: £36,900 - £47,620 per annum inclusive of all allowances

Hybrid: you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Chamberlain’s (Finance) Department.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Team Leader, the successful applicant will join the team working on the production of the year-end accounts for the City of London Corporation and its related organisations. You will be involved in preparing working papers and disclosures for the accounts and will work with stakeholders from across the Corporation in support of the audit of the financial statements by our external auditors.

You will be qualified (or be studying towards) AAT level 4 (or equivalent qualification) and will have strong analytical and communication skills. You will be proficient with using Microsoft Excel to present and analyse financial data. Experience of working on the production of year-end accounts would be advantageous. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop and enhance their technical accounting skills.
