A leading housing association in Northern Ireland is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to assist in financial management and analysis. The role requires strong finance qualifications or equivalent experience, ensuring timely and effective financial information management for the organization. The position supports a collaborative work environment with benefits including a contributory pension and health cash plans.
The Senior Finance Officer will support the Treasury and Analysis Manager in the production and maintenance of accurate and timely information to facilitate the effective management of the Association’s finances.
Hours:37 per week

Salary: £38,626 (SP29) - £43,693 (SP34) per annum

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
1 Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in Finance or Business related discipline.
OR
5 years’ (gained in the last 10 years’) Finance experience.
2 At least 3 years’ (gained in the last 6 years’) experience in a finance environment operating an IT based financial system and working with Management accounts and or budgets.
3 Demonstrable written and oral communication skills with experience in explaining / clarifying technical financial matters to non-finance personnel.
4 Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office to include experience of producing complex spreadsheets and word documents.
