Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, (quarterly) and annual financial reports according to IFRS and management reports.
- Completing financial forecasts and budgets.
- Providing regular analysis of trading performance.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to finance stakeholders within the group.
- Supporting the development of controlling & internal reporting systems landscape.
- Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems.
- Delivery of key finance processes such as revenue invoicing.
- Supporting the development of finance business partnering, especially in People Operations, Marketing & IT.
- Supporting projects and implementation of group-wide systems.
- Supporting the delivery of key finance processes such as revenue automation.
- Supporting auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
Your Profile
- A completed Business, Finance, or Accounting degree.
- 4+ years experience in roles like financial controller or managerial accounting.
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not mandatory).
- IT affinity with strong knowledge of MS Office, GSuite, and ERP systems (ideally Oracle Netsuite).
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent work style.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex contexts clearly.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and problem-solving are crucial.
