Mountain Warehouse in London seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead our Transactional Finance teams. You will manage 25+ staff across a fast-paced, multi-site omnichannel retail environment, ensuring accurate processing of high-volume transactions.

This leadership role drives strong financial controls, service delivery, and automation, shaping how transactional finance operates as the business grows in London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Senior transactional finance leadership in a high-volume environment (retail/ecommerce preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience leading large teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the transactional finance team (25+ staff).
• Oversee end-to-end processing across AP, store cash, card settlements, ecommerce receipts and AR.
• Maintain robust financial controls and reconciliations; own month-end close.
• Drive automation, process improvements and governance; support audits.
