Goodman Masson is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a PE-backed Real Estate business in the Greater London area. The role oversees FP&A, month-end, business partnering, financial control and team leadership for a division managing UK assets.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and provide commercially focused financial analysis for strategic initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate financial data into actionable insights and lead a small team of two qualified

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and budgeting experience.
• Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in financial controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of month-end reporting and management packs.
• Commentary on performance vs budget and forecasts with key driver analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting and regular reforecasting processes.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 accountants.
• Oversee Capex accounting and partner recharges.
• Drive process improvements through automation and data enhancements.
