Senior Finance Manager | Belfast | Listed Tech | £75,000 – £85,000 + Package

Goodman Masson is partnering with a high-growth, listed media-tech business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion. The role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a team of 2. This broad, hands-on role offers real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
• Manage year-end audit process in collaboration with external auditors
• Oversee FP&A processes
• Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
• Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
• Assist with technical accounting issues
• Drive financial discipline and control across the business
