Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Warrington is expanding with a Senior Finance Manager to lead core finance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, robust planning, and strong financial control.

You will oversee month-end close, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and collaborate with Finance Operations, FP&A, and audit teams, shaping performance insights and driving continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong systems knowledge including ERP and planning tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and robust month-end close
• Collaborate with RSIS Finance Operations, Commercial and FP&A across markets
• Provide financial insights and commentary to senior stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits and manage financial risks
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting tools
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team
