We’re looking for aSenior Manager of Gross Marginto join our high-performing Finance team and take charge of our EMEA Gross Margin performance. What You’ll Do:

  • Own and driveGross Margin accountingacross the EMEA region, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimise processes.
  • Be one of thego-to experts on IFRS15 revenue recognition, ensuring compliance and clarity in all revenue streams.
  • Analyse and interpretcomplex commercial contracts, identifying financial implications and opportunities.
  • Lead therebates and incentives processwithin accounting—tracking, validating and optimising for margin impact.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 8 (3 direct reports), fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Manage the month end process as it relates to Gross Margin, delivering results to a tight timetable, managing and reviewing the Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
  • Deliverinsightful reporting and analysisto senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.
  • Be a partner in cross functional projects, advocating for the needs of the accounting team.
  • Manage any Gross Margin related communication with external auditors, with continuous collaboration with the internal audit team, being the final reviewer of Gross Margin SOX controls.
  • Collaborate with global finance and commercial team.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in asenior finance role, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-focused business.
  • Deep understanding ofIFRS15and its application in a commercial environment.
  • Strong background incontract analysis.
  • Experience managingcustomer rebates and incentive programs.
  • A track record ofleading high-performing teams—you know how to inspire, coach, and deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can translate complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Nice to have:Familiarity withSOX complianceand internal control frameworks.
