Michael Page is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for our FMCG client in North Peterborough. You will lead the finance shared services team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across financial reporting and closing cycles.

You will partner with other departments to enhance performance, monitor KPIs, and support audits while delivering timely, accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in finance shared services or a similar financial management role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
