Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs to successfully deliver key senior appointments.

Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed, Series A FinTech B2B SaaS company in London. Currently at £6 million ARR, the CFO and CEO are looking to hire their first Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial controls, processes, and reporting.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team. One of your initial objectives will be to bring finance in-house from an outsourced provider and manage all financial operations. The company operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office in Central London.

What experiences you will gain

• Ownership and delivery of all financial operations, controls, processes, management reporting, bookkeeping, and transitioning finance in-house
• Business partnering with the Senior Leadership team and supporting the CFO in identifying and driving actionable commercial insights
• Providing visibility on key KPIs and analyzing market opportunities for growth
• Leading the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Continuously improving systems and processes, including researching and implementing AI tools
• Providing financial support across the business, presenting and communicating critical financial matters
• Supporting the CFO with ad hoc projects as needed
