Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a high growth, VC-backed Series A FinTech B2B SaaS company in London. Currently at £6 million ARR, the CFO and CEO are looking to hire their first Senior Finance Manager to take ownership and delivery of all financial controls, processes, and reporting.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team. One of the first objectives is to bring finance in-house from an outsourced provider and take ownership of the financial operations of the business. The company operates on a hybrid model, working in the office 3 days a week in Central London.

What experiences you will gain

• Ownership and delivery of all financial operations, controls, processes, management reporting, bookkeeping, and bringing finance in-house from an outsourced provider
• Business partnering with the Senior Leadership team and supporting the CFO in identifying and driving actionable commercial insights
• Producing visibility on key KPIs and analyzing market opportunities for business growth
• Leading the month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Identifying ways to improve systems and processes, including researching and implementing AI tools
• Providing financial support across the business, presenting and communicating critical financial matters as needed
• Supporting the CFO with ad hoc projects as required
