Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead Europe Accounting from our London team. You will drive month-end close, ensure robust financial reporting, and partner with Operations and regional teams to strengthen governance and data quality.

The role focuses on maintaining global reporting standards, coordinating audits, and transforming processes to shorten close cycles across Europe, while aligning with US headquarters requirements.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with at least 4 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced financial environment, focused on group reporting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and global reporting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable controls to shorten close cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline accounting workflows and data quality.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and maintain SOP documentation.
