The Role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the financial operations across the group. You will get to work closely with the executive team to manage budgets across multiple projects. We are happy for you to reorganise and refine current processes and take ownership of the entire department. Someone who has experience and enjoys working with and executing a mix of crypto and fiat transactions.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the financial operations across the group. You will get to work closely with the executive team to manage budgets across multiple projects. We are happy for you to reorganise and refine current processes and take ownership of the entire department. Someone who has experience and enjoys working with and executing a mix of crypto and fiat transactions.

In the first 6 months you will

• Take ownership of our financial functions across the group.
• Running day to day finance function operations including (but not limited to); AP/Xero reconciliation, Payments (Crypto + Fiat), Intragroup recharging and Payroll processing.
• You will also be in charge of entity FPNA per entity / brand, which will be presented to the founders/leadership.
• Modelling liquidity requirements per fiat and crypto account to ensure the correct float levels are present.
• Responding to financial data requests from our investors and other partners.
• Assisting with modelling new growth from a financial operations perspective.
  
  

Must haves

• 5+ years in a finance or accounting role, and at least 1 in an environment with digital assets.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Crypto, handling crypto payments and finance.
• Advanced accounting knowledge (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable executing crypto transactions through a multisig and third-party platforms like Coinbase, Copper etc.
• Strong technical accounting.
• Experience with consolidations + multi-currency reporting.
• Strong experience with EOR platforms such as Deel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
