• Medium Term Financial Planning (MTFP) for Adults Services
  
• Budget setting, reporting, and savings delivery
  
• Oversight of complex grants and service-specific funding
  
• Risk mitigation, sensitivity analysis, and performance monitoring
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement – including senior officers and elected members
  
• Financial governance, business case development, and transformation finance
  
• CCAB-qualified (e.g. CIPFA, ACCA, ICAEW) with post-qualification experience
  
• Team leadership and high-level reporting to Cabinet/Senior Management
