Job Description

We’re recruiting for aSenior Finance Manager to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary.

You willsupport our Financial Controller in delivering best-in-class financial support across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading month-end activities and preparing management reports for Board and client presentations
  • Enhancing and maintaining profit and liquidity forecasting processes
  • Partnering with functional leads to deliver insightful departmental reporting
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial challenge and commercial insight
  • Supporting transactional activity and integrating acquisitions into business-as-usual
  • Automating finance reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Tableau
  • Reviewing finance processes and controls to ensure relevance and alignment
  • Working with the Senior Management Accountant to maintain ledger and system integrity

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Experience in high-growth environments with process and control development
  • Understanding of corporate, group, JV and LLP accounting structures
  • Ability to meet Group deadlines and work within a large corporate setting
  • Collaborative team leader with excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, motivated and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong IT and presentation capabilities
  • Property and Real estate sector experience, however social housing is not essential
