Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Innovation Manager. You will lead analytics transformations across EMEA and APAC within Tools & Outdoor Finance, delivering standardized tools, reports, and data-driven decision support for growth.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT, manage multiple international projects, and promote data literacy and adoption of new technologies while influencing senior stakeholders. This role offers hybrid work and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
• Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or similar tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
• Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
• Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
