Are you a commercially minded, technically capable finance professional with a flair for systems, automation and strategic insight?

We're proud to be working in partnership with a thriving SME e-commerce business in Droitwich Spa, who are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Executive. This is a high impact role with direct collaboration with the Finance Director and CEO.

The Role

As Senior Finance Executive, you\'ll lead on consolidating and analysing financial data across systems including Shopify, SAGE, Cloudsuite, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You\'ll champion automation, enhance reporting processes and support strategic decisions with accurate and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed weekly and monthly financial reports across multiple platforms
• Integrate and manage financial data across Shopify, SAGE, Cloudsuite, and WMS
• Lead process automation and reporting efficiency projects
• Support strategic planning and KPI tracking alongside the FD and CEO
• Collaborate with teams across finance, operations and IT
• Mentor junior finance staff as the business grows

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Management Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven SME finance experience (e-commerce background a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of SAGE, Shopify, Cloudsuite and data integration
• Advanced Excel or Power BI; familiarity with Python, SQL or automation tools is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
