• Experience recruiting senior finance contractors (FD, FC, CFO, Transformation)
• Principal-level capability: confidence, credibility and commercial impact
• Strong regional market knowledge across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
• Proven ability to build and sustain a high-value daybook

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality interim placements (£600+ a day) across your defined geography
• Develop and maintain a network of 400+ senior finance professionals within your patch
• Identify and manage move motivations, availability, rate expectations and preferences
• Partner closely on senior appointments strategy and market approach
• Maintain high data quality and market-to-market discipline
