Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and being an integral part of the Group FP&A team, this position serves as a crucial liaison for both the UK&I Revenue team and the Group Marketing team. You will be at the center of various financial operations and strategic decision-making processes.
Your primary responsibilities include providing detailed financial analysis, executing forecasting and budgeting activities, and participating in high-impact projects to support organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing insights that shape financial strategies and ensure alignment across departments.

Requirements:
- Collaborate with Sales, Routing, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to provide financial support and foster cross-functional relationships.
- Deliver insightful monthly financial analyses to Senior and Executive Management to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in forecasting processes, including annual budgets and in-year projections.
- Refine and analyze extensive data sets related to customers and products.
- Enhance business reporting and support the implementation of KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Experience in a financial planning and analysis role, especially in gross profit reporting.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience handling complex data sets.
- Ability to derive insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills across departments.
- Curiosity, agility, and a proactive work ethic.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent).
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or services sectors.
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting.
- Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000.
