Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven finance business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating in transformation, change, or continuous improvement environments.
• Excellent analytical skills translating complex data into actionable insight.
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Confident communicator with senior leadership presence.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Experience operating within a transformation, change, or continuous improvement environment
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, performance metrics, and return on investment
• A confident communicator with the presence and credibility to operate at senior leadership level
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
