We’re looking for a passionate Senior Finance Business Partner to join our CFO Functions. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting, challenging, and driving the strategic and financial decisions and priorities of the organisation, ensuring alignment with overarching goals. Your focus will be on fostering sustainable performance improvement by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Additionally, you will share best practices and contribute to the development of talent within the Finance Business Partner community, nurturing skills and capabilities that empower the team to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
This role can be based out of either our Warwick or Bristol offices, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!
