Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial operations across world-class Levy venues in Scotland and other sites. You will drive profitability, governance, and mobilisation of new contracts through insights and disciplined controls.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP experience, and a track record in management accounting within hospitality/events. Willingness to travel across locations is essential.

Qualifications

• A personable self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operators alike.
• Completed qualifications such as AAT, a finance degree, or QBE.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills, with experience using Power BI and SAP.
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP implementations.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management capability.
• The flexibility to travel and work across different locations as required.

About the Role

The Senior Finance Business Partner leads operations, clients, and leadership across world-class sports and entertainment Levy venues in Scotland. The role is central to driving profitable growth, strong financial control, and the successful mobilisation of new venue contracts through insight-led decision making and disciplined governance. It suits a dynamic, hands‑on, and commercially focused finance professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.

Salary

• £75,000 Plus bonus
