An opportunity to be a Senior Finance Business Partner for a logistics company based in Worcester, that operates throughout the UK.
Main Duties:
Manage the preparation of business data and the delivery of guidance to key customers and stakeholders, enabling effective monitoring and supporting informed decision-making, strategic planning, and efficient financial management.
Establish and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records, control systems, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, while managing supporting processes effectively.
Support the evaluation, enhancement, implementation, and oversight of systems to uphold a strong control environment that protects the organisation's interests.
Build and nurture strong relationships with all key stakeholders, addressing and resolving issues and shortcomings to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development of skilled staff, creating cohesive teams capable of meeting business demands and individual responsibilities.
Participate, as appropriate, in special initiatives and projects that align with the Group's values and objectives.
