Role Overview:

This role acts as London-based Senior Finance Business Partner for Global Marketing, responsible for marketing investments, merchandising revenue, supporting allocation decisions and managing the analysis of marketing spend and ROI.

The role will be responsible for business partnering key stakeholders and budget holders in Global Marketing including the liaisons and local teams.

What you'll be doing:

1. Act as business partner to Global Marketing to coordinate budget allocation discussions and support reporting and analyse requests.
2. Analysis and ROI of Marketing spend including combined global Marketing, MDF spend, Trade Marketing spend and GDPR combined investment reporting.
3. Establish global ROI methodology including global post-campaign analysis.
4. Business case creation and presentation on new marketing projects, partners or merchandising revenue to support investment decision making.
5. Manage coordination between planning and global marketing to ensure accurate forecasting/reporting of Merchandising revenue.
6. Drive global consistency of spend tracking by working closely with regional teams and trade marketing/MDF/GDPR teams to establish methodology and guidance and ensuring compliance across these areas.

What we're looking for:

1. Proven senior FBP tenure, or 4 years PQE in an FP&A function and of working with commercial teams or business.

Preferred Qualities:

1. Senior level business partner experience in Sales/Marketing.
2. Strong financial background with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA level an advantage).
5. Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses.
6. Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
7. Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines.
8. Experience of working in a regional group headquarters.
9. Proven track record of similar roles/tasks in Global / Pan regional company in the Entertainment sector (Game/Film/Music).
