Senior Finance Business Partner (Digital Investment)
Ricoh is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Digital Investment) responsible for leading the commercial finance function supporting, challenging, engaging with, and reporting on the business to improve the effectiveness and success of the Digital Investment function.
As a senior member of the finance team, you will work closely with senior management to understand market and external factors affecting or providing opportunities to the company's performance. You will also support the Commercial Finance team and your direct reports by providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a broad overview across the division, providing insights into performance, processes, systems, and methodologies.
- Provide commercial guidance and insights linking offerings to business strategies.
- Act as a conduit for information flow and collaboration across functions to ensure synergy and alignment.
- Challenge leadership to ensure business cases are clear, based on robust assumptions, with risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Own the business planning cycle (forecasting, budgeting, mid-term planning), including developing financial models, KPIs, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Improve financial planning processes and models for accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
- Use management information packs to raise awareness of financial performance, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure action plans.
- Evaluate growth initiatives, identify opportunities, and recommend investments aligned with strategic priorities.
- Set standards, share best practices, and support development within the Finance Business Partner community.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify profit-maximizing opportunities.
- Contribute to pricing and margin decisions through financial modeling.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong business-facing commercial background with proven business-partnering experience, ideally in a complex multinational.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen, strategic thinking, numeric and analytical skills.
- Background in management accounting or commercial analysis, with experience as a Finance Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business, finance, or related fields.
- Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with extensive PQE preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one European language besides English is a plus.
- Comfortable with M365 applications and ERP systems like Oracle.
- Proven leadership skills, team management, and development experience.
- Develops a business mindset, advises management, and articulates financial stories to senior leaders.
- Comfortable with risk, ambiguity, and decision-making, with a passion for understanding business drivers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence outcomes.
- Experience with reporting systems and developing management information is advantageous.
- Broad knowledge of the IT sector, Process Automation, or Print, with multi-country experience preferred.
