We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Independent finance team.

Our finance colleagues are a central hub of knowledge. As a Senior Finance Business Partner within the sales division, you'll support the business to achieve growth across all UK regions.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll business partner the commercial leadership team to support, develop, and drive analysis and understanding of key business initiatives aligned with our strategic growth pillars.

This role offers flexible hybrid working with 1-2 days based in our Ashford office for collaboration and meetings. Ideally, you will be within a commutable distance, but remote working will be considered.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Business partnering the Independent leadership team
• Collaborating with the strategy team on initiative modelling, insights, targets, and ROI analysis
• Presenting at regular meetings with Sales and Finance teams
• Providing analysis-driven guidance and recommendations to Sales & Finance managers and directors
• Understanding drivers of weekly and monthly results compared to forecast, budget, and prior year
• Developing models to provide insight on sales and margin information
• Collaborating with sales colleagues to ensure new business proposals are financially viable
• Acting as a central contact for finance-related queries from internal stakeholders
• Producing reports and presentations to support business results
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration and understanding as an ambassador for finance

About you:

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven experience. You should be able to drive performance through insight in a fast-paced commercial environment, with strong business partnering skills across all levels, including up to Director level. The role suits someone who has a history of adding value in a commercial setting and is enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
