Job summary

Sirona Care & Health in Yate (Bristol area) invites applications for a Senior Finance Business Partner. You will lead budgeting, monthly management accounts, forecasting expenditure, and project costing across the organisation, working closely with operational budget managers and supervising junior staff.

The role offers hybrid working with two days office-based at HQ in Yate, access to Agenda for Change pay scales and full NHS benefits, including the NHS Pension Scheme and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Must have management accounting experience.
• Able to supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals & pre-payments.
• Monitor budgets against actual performance, analysing and explaining variances.
• Forecast expenditure and income for the financial year.
• Produce financial reports and information for managers across the company.
• Liaise with and support operational budget managers to enable them to manage their budgets effectively.
• Prepare costings for new services and support projects as necessary.
• Interpret and explain a variety of routine and more complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory annual accounts
• Provide line management support to one Management Accountant
