Are you a qualified finance professional ready to make a real impact in a purpose-led business? Here at Pets at Home, we’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Retail Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

In this high-profile role, you’ll partner with our Central Support teams, delivering insightful financial analysis, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making. You’ll lead forecasting, reporting and period-end processes, while mentoring two team members and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.

This role offers hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

About You

• CIMA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years post-qualified experience
• Strong analytical skills and financial control expertise
• Proven stakeholder management at Director/Exec level
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience is a plus
