The Role:

Head4Talant are working exclusively with a leading fast growth SME in Swansea. An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Finance Business Partner who will have an active role providing strategic financial advice as the business continues to grow. Fantastic Opportunity to join a market leading business on the way to be a global business.

Duties

  • Develop and oversee relationships with strategic business stakeholders, including operations, and sales teams, enabling financial considerations are integrated into the decision-making process.
  • Work closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership to provide financial guidance on strategy, investment, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee preparation of monthly Management Accounts, ensuring the reporting pack is accurate and insightful
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Help develop detailed financial models to support key business decisions, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities.
  • Suggest insightful, actionable recommendations to the leadership team based on performance analysis, with a strong focus on profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and risks.
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of operating costs, identifying opportunities for cost control, efficiency improvements, and margin enhancement.
  • Deliver analysis of product performance, helping optimise pricing, margins, and profitability.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive FP&A and commercial experience.
