Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid - with weekly travel to Nottingham and additional travel within England Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary & Benefits: Competitive package offered

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused and collaborative Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation with exciting national ambitions. The role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and purpose-driven setting.

About the Role

Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including operational and leadership teams within joint venture (JV) arrangements, you'll support multiple sites by providing strategic financial insight. Reporting to the Lead Finance Business Partner, you'll be a key contributor to decision-making, performance planning, and commercial development.

This role blends analytical rigour with relationship-building, making it ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a finance partner to 6-10 JVs, contributing to their strategic planning and operational success
  • Lead business reviews and deliver financial insights that highlight performance trends and opportunities
  • Support annual budget planning and multi-year strategic forecasting
  • Build and refine financial models to assess initiatives, investments, and new ventures
  • Collaborate with internal teams across functions such as marketing, HR, and procurement
  • Improve financial awareness across non-finance audiences
What You'll Bring
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with significant commercial finance experience
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
