About the Role

Our client, a well-known and respected brand, is seeking a talented and driven finance professional to join as a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role is a result of internal movements and succession planning, offering a chance to exercise creative flair and play a pivotal role within a dynamic commercial enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide cost estimates for business cases to support investment decisions, pricing, and customer commitments.
  2. Lead process improvement initiatives and develop implementation procedures.
  3. Identify and realize cost efficiencies by working with product and resource planning, developing KPIs linking operational performance and cost drivers.
  4. Collaborate with Financial Control to ensure proper accounting treatment for costs in business cases.
  5. Partner with Procurement to inform purchasing strategies, secure resources, and drive efficiencies.
  6. Work cross-functionally across various stakeholders to support business objectives.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to respond quickly with accurate analysis, question assumptions constructively, and possess advanced spreadsheet skills. A strong academic record, professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), and experience in retail, FMCG, or logistics sectors are essential.
