Senior Finance Business Partner | Six Figure Remuneration Package | Annual Bonus | West Sussex

Join Natures Way Foods, a leader in fresh food manufacturing, as a Finance Business Partner to the Operations Team. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the COO and senior leaders across four operational sites, providing strategic financial insight to drive key decisions.

Leading a team of 4 Finance Business Partners, you'll deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, product costings and scenario planning, while promoting continuous improvement and enhancing ROI across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide robust analysis of key financial data to the COO and their leadership team to support strategic business decisions
  • Proactively initiate financial analysis and present recommendations to the executive team to drive operational improvements and enhance ROI
  • Deliver accurate and insightful daily reporting on operational performance
  • Oversee the operations finance business partners, ensuring their activities align with business strategy and operational priorities
  • Drive the development of the FBP team through coaching and performance management to ensure a culture of excellence
  • Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, holding peers accountable for strategic delivery, expected behaviours and culture
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential issues with practical financial solutions
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across finance and operational stakeholders
  • Lead the identification and implementation of productivity initiatives within operations

Requirements

  • ACCA/CIMA qualification required
  • Business partnering at board level
  • Previous management experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
  • Experience in manufacturing/retail environment in a business partnering role is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
