An opportunity to join and lead a successful Operations Finance Team working within a category leading food manufacturer.

We are delighted to be working with a long-standing Food Manufacturing client who are currently looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner.

This role is a great Senior Finance position with a leading chilled food manufacturer. The business are in growth mode, are successfully on track against their ambitious targets, and are rewarding the team with a good bonus scheme.

This is an opportunity to join a successful Food business with a dynamic Finance Team. The role is a Senior Finance Business Partner and will manage a team across 4 operational sites. This role will suit someone who is commercially minded with the ability and passion to leverage finance to drive performance. The business requires an Operations Finance Business Partner who can deliver on budgeting, forecasting, product costings, and scenario planning as well as promoting continuous improvement and enhancing ROI across our business.

To be successful in the role, you....

• Must be ACCA/CIMA qualified
• You must be working within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within food manufacturing.
• Have a clear proven track record in business partnering at senior and board level
• You will have led and managed a team of finance professionals

This role will be site-based at least 4 days a week. There is relocation support if someone is happy to commit to a full-time move within a reasonable commute of their site.
