In this highly commercial role, you will build strong relationships across the commercial and operational teams, leading the reporting, budgeting & forecasting process, and providing insights into business performance.

Role

Working in partnership with the Leadership Team, you will ensure the business can make informed financial decisions to support its growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles, and explaining variances.
• Developing and managing financial reporting and modeling.
• Partnering with leadership to enhance performance.
• Presenting to all levels, up to the board.
• Working with senior leadership to optimize reporting processes.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) is essential.
• Strong communication skills—able to support stakeholders and push back when needed.
• Proven experience within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Results-oriented with a desire to succeed.
