Millbrook Business Finance, part of the Millbrook Group, is seeking a driven Business Finance Broker to source, structure, and close a range of commercial finance deals across multiple sectors in the UK. The role involves outbound prospecting and managing the full deal process, from initial engagement to completion.

You’ll build relationships with clients and lenders, leverage existing opportunities, and work toward revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending.
• Proven track record in outbound sales and pipeline management.
• Ability to build trust and communicate funding solutions clearly.
• Experience with asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinance.
• Experience with end-to-end deal processes and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact business owners across the UK to generate new finance opportunities.
• Structure and present tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinance.
• Manage the end-to-end funding process — from proposal to drawdown.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers including accountants, equipment suppliers, manufacturers, and associations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions.
• Log all activities, deal progress, and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed personal revenue targets.
