What You'll Do:

• Provide accounting support to the Production Team, including issuing purchase orders via SAP, ensuring vendor invoices are properly coded and authorized, liaising with Accounts Payable, managing and reconciling production pre-paid and credit cards, handling T&E expenses using Concur, raising client invoices via Stadium, assisting with monthly cost reporting, analyzing production spend and revenue, and ensuring staff costs are recharged correctly.
• Handle ad hoc finance matters related to production, liaise with other departments' accounting staff, and manage challenges such as shift work, unsocial hours, and travel.
• Maintain up-to-date cost trackers, understand project spend, and ensure timely expense reconciliation and invoice processing.

You Have These:

• Experience in a media-related finance environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Minimum of A level education or equivalent
• An interest in television production and a desire to build a career in the industry
• Initiative to resolve problems or escalate when necessary
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload
• Autonomous working skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

We'd Love If You Also Have These:

• Knowledge of television programme production business
• Practical knowledge of SAP accounting system
• Experience working with linked spreadsheets
• University degree or equivalent in finance
• Studying for an accounting qualification
