About the Role

This role, internally called Programme Analyst, is part of our Commercial Finance team and externally may be titled Senior Finance Analyst, focusing on revenue recognition.

This is a 14-Month Fixed Term Contract

You will provide essential financial metrics and analysis for key business programmes across EMEA and APAC, collaborating with Programme Controllers, Global Programme Directors, and Programme Excellence teams to ensure financial clarity and improve programme profitability. The role can be based at London HQ, Blackfriars Bridge, or Hemel Hempstead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis on key programmes to support decision-making.
  • Assist programme teams in achieving financial targets, addressing cost and profit issues.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on inventory, unbilled services, deferred costs, etc.
  • Support programme controllers with inventory, margin baselines, and profitability analysis.
  • Analyze portfolio-level profitability and identify key trends.
  • Lead efforts to improve Total Gross Margin (TGM) across markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet financial objectives.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and Power BI.

Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze financial data and convey insights effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
