Job summary

Butler Rose is supporting an established international organisation in seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing & Financial Modelling to own a strategic pricing and financial modelling remit. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build robust models and drive data-driven commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong pricing, commercial finance and financial modelling experience.
• Advanced Excel capability and experience building sophisticated financial models.
• Strong understanding of cost, margin, profitability, ROI, ROIC and payback analysis.
• Experience within B2B services, leasing, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, equipment rental or similarly complex commercial environments.
• ERP pricing experience, ideally SAP, would be advantageous.

Leighton Buzzard, Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - Hybrid

Butler Rose is partnering exclusively with an established international organisation experiencing exceptional year on year revenue and EBITDA growth. With ambitious plans ahead, we are looking for an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing & Financial Modelling to take ownership of a strategically important pricing and financial modelling remit.

This is not a BAU finance role. The successful individual will have the opportunity to build, shape and improve how pricing operates across the business, creating robust models, strengthening governance and turning complex financial information into clear commercial decisions.

Working closely with senior leadership, Sales, Finance and external stakeholders, you will become a trusted pricing subject matter expert, influencing commercial strategy and helping the business optimise profitability and future growth.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong pricing, commercial finance and financial modelling experience
• Advanced Excel capability and experience building sophisticated financial models
• Strong understanding of cost, margin, profitability, ROI, ROIC and payback analysis
• Experience within B2B services, leasing, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, equipment rental or similarly complex commercial environments
• The credibility and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• A genuine desire to build, improve and challenge rather than simply maintain existing processes
• ERP pricing experience, ideally SAP, would be advantageous

Alongside a salary of up to £85,000, the package includes bonus, EV car scheme, private medical, 25 days' holiday and further benefits, with hybrid working from Leighton Buzzard.
