Job summary

Stanton House is partnering with a private equity backed SaaS business in Reading to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst. You will strengthen financial processes, enhance reporting capability and support future corporate activity.

The role focuses on cost governance, strategic projects and high-quality management information to enable value creation and robust decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience producing insightful management information and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost control and cost governance processes.
• Analyse actual performance vs budget and forecast; support corrective actions.
• Build cost reporting, KPIs and dashboards for visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to challenge expenditure and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop robust cost models to support planning and forecasting.
• Prepare transaction-ready financial information and reporting packs.
• Support due diligence materials and data room content.
• Produce reporting on revenue, profitability, cash flow and working capital.
