A leading insurance firm in London seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to develop Alteryx-based solutions for Finance and Actuarial teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial analysis tools, strong communication skills, and a background in Finance Transformation. Reporting to the BAU Finance Change Lead, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the design and development of Alteryx‑based process and reporting solutions with a primary focus on efficiency delivery across the Finance and Actuarial teams. Key objectives include supporting the Finance teams in understanding process improvement opportunities by delivering business requirements documentation and the design and build of automated solutions. This role works as a fundamental part of project teams ensuring the end‑to‑end delivery of technical uplifts/changes, focuses on the delivery of customer value, and captures benefit tracking to demonstrate value added to the function. It serves as part of the Finance change team responsible for a portfolio of developments across the Finance and Actuarial functions. A strong focus on developing collaborative relationships, maintaining communication, and reporting progress throughout the change lifecycle is required.
