Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Customer Fulfillment Finance Team. You will apply data-driven insights to optimise cost-out opportunities, linking operational metrics to financial outcomes and partnering with senior leaders to influence investment and cost strategy.

You will own end-to-end data relationships, drive automation roadmaps, and support cross-site performance reporting across EU, with occasional travel to visit fulfillment centers in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field.
• Experience in finance roles or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, Python or advanced Excel.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Independently identifies and drives cost-out opportunities across Fulfillment nodes by linking metrics to financial outcomes.
• Navigates complex cost structures with limited data, sizing opportunities and advising leadership.
• Leads root-cause analysis on systemic issues across sites, designing scalable measurement frameworks.
• Partners with senior operational leaders to influence investment, capacity and cost strategy.
• Owns data source relationships and drives automation roadmaps with data quality standards.
• Champions process improvements across the finance organisation and raises analytic standards.
