Role Overview

As a member of the P2P Team within GFO, you'll play a key role in delivering both operational and strategic objectives. This position is within the Reporting, Compliance and Projects team, reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside 2 Financial Analysts and 5 Assistant Financial Analysts.

What you'll do:

1. Manage assigned projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the P2P Project Pipeline.
2. Track milestones and progress on the P2P Project Pipeline.
3. Support the Compliance & Alignment programme, ensuring adherence to policies within onshore and offshore teams, providing technical guidance on Balance Sheet reconciliations, and assisting in resolving blockers.
4. Oversee governance of the offshore service provider, Accenture, ensuring their outputs are accurate and timely, and facilitate effective communication between them and GFO.
5. Participate in ad hoc activities as required by the business.

What you'll bring:

1. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) with experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
2. Experience managing small projects.
3. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions.
5. Knowledge of SAP.

Team Overview

The Reporting, Compliance and Projects team is one of three onshore teams within P2P, alongside Operations and Content/Expenses teams. An offshore service provider manages operational tasks under GFO governance.
