Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for our Support Office in Farringdon, London. You will process supplier invoices, run bi-monthly pay runs and perform supplier reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.

We value detail-oriented individuals with Excel/Word proficiency and experience with SAP B1; training and benefits accompany a competitive salary and opportunities to grow with a premium hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Produce bi-monthly supplier pay runs.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Respond professionally to needs of the business and suppliers.
• Support AP month-end timetable to close ledgers on time.
• Manage queries from operators and finance customers.
• Develop relationships with major suppliers' finance staff.
• Ensure AP policies and processes are followed across the business.

A bit about what you will be doing

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team based in our Support Office in Farringdon. As an Accounts Payable Analyst at The Evolv Collection, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You will ensure timely reconciliations, maintain positive supplier relationships, and contribute to the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable function in line with finance team expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice processing.
• Production of bi-monthly supplier pay runs.
• Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner to the needs of both the business and its suppliers.
• Support the line manager in ensuring the AP month-end timetable is delivered so that the ledgers are closed and statements reconciliations are completed in a timely fashion in line with Finance expectations.
• Manage and respond in a timely fashion to queries from both the operators and the finance, both of whom are customers of AP.
• Develop relationships with the key Finance staff of our major suppliers.
• Ensuring that AP policies and process are adhered to across the business.

Key Requirements

• Speed and accuracy in the production of work.
• Self-reliant individual able to work with minimal control and direction.
• Proactive when appropriate.
• Ability to adapt quickly and positively to new situations.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Previous AP/Finance exposure advantageous.
• SAP B1 experience advantageous.
