About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the LNRS Finance team supporting our ICIS business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a commercially focused environment, partnering with colleagues across finance and business functions, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to support informed decision-making
  • Produce and interpret financial reports, driving operational insights and actions
  • Develop and apply key performance metrics, especially around transactional revenue
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with clarity and rigour
  • Partner with centralised teams including Accounting Services, Reporting & Analysis, and Global Transactions
  • Monitor investment projects and provide challenge on deliverables and milestones
  • Support financial controls and asset safeguarding
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from finance and business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles (posting journals not required)
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders to support transparent forecasting
  • Self-motivation and commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
  • Experience in:
    • Preparing monthly financials and reviewing control accounts
    • Delivering reports to finance and business teams
    • Participating in budgeting and forecasting cycles
