Job Description

As the Senior Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Delivering timely and high quality business planning and financial reporting
• Exploring and negotiating funding for capital acquisitions from the shareholder or other stakeholders
• Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making
• Managing and leading staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery, including developing and improving staff capability

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Finance Analyst will hold a full accounting qualification (CIPFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA), has working knowledge of a housing function within a local authority and is comfortable being on site 2-3 days a week in London.
