Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance your career with one of the Midlands' most respected financial recruitment firms? We're seeking a driven Senior Consultant to join our thriving Birmingham office.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the Midlands region
  • Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
  • Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
  • Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
  • Strong network within the Midlands' accounting & finance sector
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
