Job summary

Travelport is seeking a Senior Finance Accountant to join the Controllership team in the UK. You will lead external reporting, technical accounting and policy setting, reporting to the Technical Accounting Manager with IFRS expertise and collaboration across global finance teams.

Experience with US GAAP is advantageous; strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and resilience are essential as you support a fast-paced environment and coordinate with auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in external reporting and accounting policy setting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with exposure to a public company environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead external reporting for the Travelport group and support technical accounting policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors to ensure statutory accounts compliance.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including lease, pension, revenue recognition and software capitalization.
